Omni-Tax is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) owned and operated firm catering to businesses Texas Franchise Tax Return and Public Information Report needs since 2004. As a tax practice, we specialize in business forfeitures, but also cater to businesses in good standing with the Texas Comptroller’s office. We are located in Grapevine, but service all Texas businesses with encrypted cloud transfer/storage, digital signatures, email, and telephone.
